Encomium Contemporary Art

This project involved a complete renovation of a victorian row house, leaving only the shell. The lower level was converted into a combination gallery-event space, the second floor was office spaces, and the upper levels were designed as an upscale apartment. Extensive research was done in order to best display and light various mediums of art in this otherwise dark subterranean space. The end result was a spectacular modern space which seemed to defy these shortcomings.
