Hired on by our client in the initial stages of his condo's construction, we were able to work with the developer to modify the planned layout to better suit our client's needs. Conventional allocation of space were reworked, allowing for this open concept live/work suite. The separate dining area was eliminated, creating a raised eating bar instead and formalized by a stunning Flos pendant. Many of the builder's finishes were used, and by combining those with custom floors and built in cabinitry throughout, the result was a truly stunning marriage of the two.
