This was a complete interior renovation and attic expansion of an existing brick home. The mandate was to create a modern open concept dwelling, while maintaining some of the home's original period details and charm. The result included a complete new infrastructure, inclusive of interior structural, architectural and operational. Much of the exterior was maintained in keeping with the neighbourhood streetscape, while incorporating modern elements in the interior. We worked closely with the landscape architect to create a seamless transition between interior and exterior living spaces.
