This was a cosmetic renovation of an existing condo in Toronto. The client lives in London but given the frequency of his travels to Toronto purchased and renovated this unit as his secondary residence. We were hired through phone and email correspondence and completed the entire project without ever having met the client face to face. When necessary packages were couriered for review.

The kitchen was refaced and updated, as were the washrooms, fireplace and all floor and wall finishes throughout. The end result was a fresh, contemporary space ready for his arrival.
