16 Yonge, Penthouse Suite

Our client purchased a new suite in Yorkville which was not to be complete for another year. He asked that we make this penthouse rental home until he could make his final move. We purchased and custom designed furnishings, accessories, and lighting all with the idea that they could be taken to his permanent home. This project is a great example of how impactful temporary dressings can be in an otherwise undesirable space. The end result had a warm and contemporary style that far exceeded his expectations.
